Delta Scholarship Fund 5K Run and Walk

The Delta Scholarship Fund's 3rd Annual 5K Run and Walk will loop through the historic City of Hapeville where things are taking off! This 5K event will culminate with Delta’s Annual ‘Employee’ Block Party. The event will begin in the parking lot of the Delta Community Credit Union which is located at 1025 Virginia Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30354. 

Individuals and teams are encouraged to participate in this annual event!   The Delta Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) organization providing educational scholarships to employees of Delta Air Lines and their eligible dependents worldwide for the opportunity to pursue higher education. 

Grand Prize Winners to receive a Delta Air Lines round-trip coach ticket (valid for travel within the 48 states, Mexico, Caribbean and Canada). Grand Prize winner categories include one overall female and one overall male winner. In the event of a race tie, one winner will be randomly selected from all winners in each race category. Tickets will be valid for one year; restrictions apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to win tickets. Register at Active.com

Virginia Highland Summerfest 5K Road Race Run/Walk

5K RACE DETAILS: 2013 Virginia Highland Summerfest 5K Run/Walk starts near intersection of Virginia Ave/N Highland Ave & finishes near John Howell Park. This popular race will close out early - Register today to claim your spot! Hundreds of dollars in drawings from local merchants! 100% cotton t-shirt with Summerfest theme.

TOT TROT @ 9:00 AM (ages 5 & under) = $10. Location: near musical stage Inman School. Ribbons & T-shirts given. Tot Trot registration online until May 20 or mail before May 10. Tot trot registration on Race Day at Inman School stage area @ 8AM.

Hands Around the Hill 5k

Saturday June 8th 8:00am

This 5K run/walk through historic downtown Atlanta and Grant Park starts at 8am, rain or shine. Race start/packet pick up at Talmadge Park @ corner of Mitchell and Washington Streets (Central Presbyterian Church, 201 Washington St, ATL) 

Proceeds from the race benefit those in need of shelter, food, and essentials of life in the Capitol Hill area. 

Registration:
Individuals: $20 if received by May 20; $25 afterward. There will be NO Race Day Registration.
